And make up and kiss

I put it in rhymes

And its sting we dismiss

And you throw in a stone

And trouble the water

But ripples, short-shewn,

Fade, cannot alter

Effect disappears 

Because water’s so deep

So our love – come the years,

Its strong calm we shall keep
